| I Would Describe Myself As | I am a group fitness instuctor and personal trainer. I usually teach 12 classes a week and personal train at the gym I work. I also have a studio at home and train clients there as well. I used to run races all the time, from 5k to 10miles. I dont run as much anymore because of my knee but need to pick it back up. I teach a varity of classes. I teach kettlebell (my favorite), kickbox aerobics, strenth, interval, as well as cross training. I have many nicknames my participants call me (some are not so nice either)but they all keep coming back. I give everything 100%! I work hard and play hard. I ride horses usually once a week and love it. I have a 13 year old daughter(by the way, she is so much smarter than me)that rides as well. In my spare time I love working outside in the yard, Ill dig it up and I will plant it. I do hardscaping as well, just finished my patio! I also love to cook, I can cook anything,(don't ask me to bake, everytime I have ever tried to make bread it turned out to be a brick). I keep my home and car tidy but I am not obssesive. I am creative and thrifty. If I can make it, why buy it! (I'm very proud of my homemade PVC hurdles). because I am a trainer everyone assumes that I only eat chicken and salad. This is not the case, although I do like chicken and salad I also would not give up my pizza, wings, and beer. I am looking for someone that first is honest. Someone that is respctful and has integrity. Shoot it to me straight I prefer honestly and hurt feelings to dragging out a lie.(I can handle it). I am very compationate, strong but sweet and sensitive, up front, affectionate, and sometimes a bit goofy. I love all animals (goats kinda freak me out) I had a pet rat (She has since passed) that use to sit and drink coffee with me every morning. I must say I am more of a dog person than a cat person. Not that I don't Like them...they just have to act like dogs and not princesses. I love to listen to music, most anything depending on what I'm doing |
