---About me---
I can be quiet and soul searching
as well as tenacious and persistent.
I'm self confident but accepting of differing ideas.
I wear my heart on my sleeve.
Every day I strive for a healthy body, inquisitive mind and reflective soul.
I try to understand and appreciate this world because I may never pass this way again.

Some enjoyable realms for me are
the flavor of food, nutrition, cooking,
Shakespeare, humor, healthy activity and cinema.
Being strong & healthy, vital & vigorous in
body and intellect are my ultimate goals.

If all of that is too vague. Let me be specific...
I walk 8 miles per week (3 seasons) and resistance training (Iron) 2x per week.

I prepare almost all of my own foods (I probably cook 10+ hours a week).

---My Life---
1st off, I don't have any financial need to work a 9-5 job.
Now I focus my energies on my health, happiness and longevity.

I'm working hard on today because yesterday is gone and tomorrow will take care of itself until then.
