The only thing constant is change. I made a commitment to myself that I would stretch not only physically, but as well intellectually, socially and emotionally. Generally, I meet new people through friends and work, but felt it was time to move out of my comfort zone. Hence, I am testing the waters with online dating.

I am happy with myself and my place in the world. I have taken the time to become centred, learning from past challenges in my life.

I enjoy a rewarding career that is one of my passions in life. I love to learn and my employment has so many facets that one comes to realize that the surface has just been scratched.

At Thanksgiving I ran my 1st marathon and while it was the most physically taxing experience thus far, I really enjoyed being in the moment, smiling at the spectators and chatting (when possible) with the other participants.

A good portion of life's zest comes from the people that have close bonds with you. I really enjoy entertaining with good friends, food, wine and conversation.

I've have always been told I look much younger than my age; thank goodness for wonderful genes. I am energetic and at times very outgoing. I like people but occasionally enjoy downtime.
