There is an old Buddhist saying: The problem is you think you have time. Life is far too short to spend languishing in the past or the worry of the future. I love to live in the moment and be present. I am a father first and foremost and cherish every moment I have with my son teaching him the wonders of the world.

I love food, wine, music and laughter. You can often find me on a hike or the beach, anywhere that reminds me how wonderful it is to be alive. I love meeting people that have the experience of a lifetime every day. The beach and ocean speak to me and I spend as much time in play and meditation there as possible.
